Wednesday, August 9, 2017 - Dinner and Wine at Sun Wah (Sun Wah BBQ, Chicago, IL): Full nose with rich white fruits. The palate too has a richness about it, with round full body and moderate acids that keep it fresh. Fine now, but probably going to crack-up sooner than late. Drink up.
