Friday, May 10, 2019 - Popped-and-poured. Rich black fruit with savory spice. Probably not quite showing Grand Cru density, but very balanced and charming right now. Wonderful balance and charm for the first hour, then this started getting slightly tired and drying. Best to enjoy over the next few years.
