Sunday, September 9, 2007 - Nice limestone smell that was very inspiering as we were having oysters. The wine was very fruity and nice but a bit too fruity for the oysters. It went a lot better with the cured salmon that we also had.
After a while some toffe and buttery tast appeared like in a oked chardonay.
