Monday, November 18, 2013 - Deep Yellow/gold color, nose of butter, toast and some ripe pear. smooth, relatively low acidity, very rich mouthfeel. Good contrast to the spicy aioli on the crab cake. Flavors reflex the nose along with some pineapple and generic ripe tropical fruit. Very buttery.
