Wednesday, July 29, 2015 - 96 points for Maiden, then how high should I rate the Estate wine?
Young, lifted, vibrant with edges - a think which I like - dry, cedary and mineral. Tasted together with the incredible Ornellaia 2004 this was less sweet, with less body, less round (i.e. had some edges: more tannic) but more elegant.
Remarkable wine of very high quality.
