Sunday, October 29, 2017 - 2 HR decant. This is huge on opening. Almost reminds me of caymus. Meh. After another hour in the glass it starts to settle down. Beautiful bouquet. Very well balanced. A touch of alcohol. Still holding on on day three. Wow. Seems to have many years of evolution left.
