Friday, May 19, 2023 - Non-blinded. Golden-yellow in appearance, sign of a bit of age/development. Nose was nutty (but not much of that oxidative tone). With air, this exploded with tropical orchard fruit, stones, flowers & even bits of honey. Great mouthfeel with an oily texture & searing intensity, providing an immediate wow, linear punch. Fresh, chalky & long finish. This was wonderful as the starting wine for our lunch!
