Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Beautiful gold color. Powerful nose that bursts out of the glass. Notes of vanilla, lemon pie, flint at first. Then tropical fruit notes of starfruit, passion fruit, banana. Mouth is medium body, buttery with a sharp acidity still. Tastes young. Noble bitters, lemon, minerals melt in a medium+ to long finish. Very nice
