Tuesday, March 14, 2017 - Pale yellow. Aromatics of lime, peach, white flowers and a hint of matchstick soar from the glass. Medium-bodied in the mouth, with lots of lemons, lime and powdered stone that lead to a very long, minerally finish that seems to linger forever. This is painfully young, but oh so promising. A textbook white Burgundy that is on the upswing. 95.
