Thursday, June 14, 2012 - Alex's Beaune Offline at Medlar (The Medlar, London): Mid to full straw. Quite a rich, oaty nose, very appealing reasonably richly textured but with a nice bite across the attack, a touch of pink grapefruit. Opens up and settles down to a full, smooth but not particularly subtle long and minerally finish. ****
