Friday, December 15, 2023 - I was curious how advanced this wine would be given the screw cap, and it was definitely aged and drinking very well! Plenty of that Oregon earthiness but the *color* was this gorgeous, transparent ruby that you couldn’t take your eyes off of, lots of red fruit and mineral and herbs, still full of live. Absolutely no sediment either. Hold another 5-10 years if you want or drink tomorrow.
