Tuesday, November 10, 2015 - Brought to My dad's birthday dinner. This held up better than expected. I think that it is fully mature without any signs of going south in the near future. There was a < 1/2 teaspoon worth of sediment left in the bottle and none was caught in the filter. Decanted for 1/2 hour. Dark fruit and smooth tannins, still a big bruiser.
