Friday, October 1, 2010 - Medium yellow with green hues. Explosive buttery nose with intense toast, biscuits, peach, spice and minerality. Full-bodied and rich with intense toastiness, rich fruit, high acidity and a long finish. Reminiscent of the best Pouilly Fuisses I have tasted.
