Saturday, April 23, 2016 - Medium to dark crimson color turning brown rust at the rim with a transparent edge. The nose gives off dark berry, cola, leather and scorched earth notes with a palate that's full-bodied but has considerably mellowed with ten years of age; dry and engaging. Flavors of black currants, creosote, wet asphalt, pain grille, cola, and dried thyme. Finishes long with hints of incense. Drink now until 2026.
