Tuesday, March 29, 2011 - Spectacular. Last of 6 bottles, and the best yet (I saved the lightest colored one for last). No formal notes, but this was absolutely delicious with grilled white pepper and oregano glazed halibut. Beautiful balance between citrus fruit, hazelnut and subtley briney minerals. Not a hint of oxidation, even after two hours. Great winemaking for a basic villages chablis. Wow!
