Monday, January 10, 2022 - Slow ox 2hrs. Early side of prime drinking for me- notes of latex rubber, kefir lime leaves, wet stone, and citrus oils, unripe quince. Densely packed and not forthcoming in the nose. In the mouth, wine is lighter bodied, bright fruit acid almost aggressive. On the attack, I get citrus, petrol, tangy melon rind, fresh green apple juice, and some dank marijuana retronasal. This really seems to be still a baby. Wonderful with some milk braised pork.
