Saturday, February 11, 2017 - 2nd bottle consumed. The First was around 18 months ago. That wine seemed jammy and more typical to something from Santa ynez. Seems this has finally shed its baby fat. This is a large scale wind no doubt for burgundy. A bit unusual. However it's quite refined with a flavor profile much more similar to a gevrey with a raw meat flavor profile. Bright tart sour cherries. Have one more bottle of this and I'll probably drink it in the next year.

Lastly, consumed over the course of a week through a coravin. Great every day.
