Saturday, August 13, 2011 - Orange blossoms, definitely can feel the Riesling parentage on the nose. Quite fresh and delicious. Again, Riesling-like flavor arc with a bit of sweetness on attack followed by mouth-watering high acidity. Mid-weight, citrus and green apple. Would love to try one of these closer to vintage, 1 or 2 years out. This had a synthetic cork, which I usually like to consume sooner than 3 years. Will watch for future vintages of producer/varietal.
