Monday, June 8, 2020 - Next to the Hermitage, this comes across as a bit blocky and stodgy, but really it's quite nice with rich, black fruit, lots of loamy, cool, dark earth, and a touch of pepper. While this doesn't have the complexity or sophistication of the Hermitage, I'd drink it any time with pleasure.
