Sunday, November 22, 2009 - Initially very closed (decanted for 2 hrs). Opened up after 3-4 hrs to reveal pure Grenache fruit mixed with spicy Syrah notes. After a day in the bottle (refridgerated), the wine suddently decided to turn into something reminicent of a fairly burnt Pale Ale. How bizarre.
