Tuesday, August 2, 2011 - Lavender is sailing around on clouds of raspberry and plum, there's a touch of spice, garrigue. Mouthwise it's smooth, but the acidity and rich minerality gives this a serious grip. This is pure pleasure, coming at you in a creamy, rich but still relaxed style. Outstanding with food, outstanding on it's own.
