Sunday, June 7, 2015 - Medium golden yellow in color. Forward, attractive and fragrant nose of mature, developed & complex aromas of apples, citrus notes of lemons/limes & grapefruit with floral notes of honeysuckle, minerals, flinty, smoke, buttery & a hint of roasted nuts. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of balanced, smooth textured, rich, fruit flavors of green apples, lemons/limes & grapefruit with minerals, flinty, honey, buttery & stony. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but I doubt any further development would occur from additional aging.
