Friday, June 9, 2023 - Intensity medium. Lemon curd, overripe yellow apple, honey, nuts, sulfur, (bees)wax, linoleum. Acidity medium(+). Finish medium(+). Fascinating how a 25-year-old Chenin Blanc still stands strong, despite the fact that its peak might be a few years behind us.
