Saturday, June 6, 2015 - The overwhelming impression is of white grape juice. Which, of course, it is, but you know what I mean; the sweet, Welch's kind. Some key lime pie with whipped cream, fruit cup, crisp green apple. It comes off sweet but isn't, and maintains balance well. A good amount of acidity makes for a long lively finish. Medium body. Really nice, interesting example of the varietal, but the perceived sweetness won't be for everyone, and also puts it at risk of falling out of balance as it ages. Would drink up soon/now.
