Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - Savory mineral driven nose of sea spray, slate, white flowers, and tart green apple. Equally as savory on the palate with lean orchard fruit behind almond butter, toasted oak, and saline minerality. A bit of dried green herbs emerges on the finish. Good, but a somewhat disappointing in its lack of balancing fruit. R&M 86
