Tuesday, May 21, 2019 - Took a good 30 mins to open up with grilled nut, chrysantheum, brown sugar, flowers and coffe beans. Complex with lots of acidity. No one thought it was from the 80s when it was served blind. Perfect marriage between acidity and secondary note.
