Monday, October 10, 2022 - It was perfectly mature, with a nose of decaying leaves, mushroom and damp earth. There was still something sweet, jubey and vinous at the wine’s heart. It was perfumed, tertiary, silky and persistent. Structural elements have all but folded into the wine.
