Saturday, June 10, 2017 - Deep yellow straw colour. Nose is warm hay, white shoe cream. Palate is lovely.... just the merest hint of white Rioja oxidisation nicely mineraly and with some charred lemon skins. Smoothly honeyed lemon curd. Good acidity. Pleasant resonance and length. Very enjoyable but probably drinking at its best and I wouldn't leave it in the cellar much longer.
