Sunday, September 12, 2010 - 2 hours was all that was needed for the wine to find its balance. What elegance, beautiful dark ruby color, outstanding nose of truffles, dark black and red fruits. Great entry, rich and full in the mid palate and beautiful finish with a hint of mocha / chocolate and mint. Pure finesses. Drinking beautifully but I'll hang on to my remaining bottles for a while.
