Saturday, January 22, 2011 - Medium garnet in color and light to medium bodied. Plum and cherry dominate the red fruit nose with undertones of dark earth. The juicy ripe fruit balances perfectly with just enough acid to make this a food wine and cause some serious mouth watering! OUTSTANDING with a veal and porcini mushroom risotto. I believe this wine will be best while young and exuberant.
