Sunday, December 17, 2023 - Library purchase from Torrin, crumbly cork that I just managed to save from disaster. Plummy savory nose, some tanginess due to the acidity, nectar-like texture on the palate, hints of Worcester sauce on the long finish. I drank this next to the 2020 which was also nice but very different as expected. I think my preferred age for this wine lies somewhere in between the two of these—maybe 7-8 years post vintage.
