Thursday, May 24, 2018 - Been a minute, so checking in here, and this is holding up better than I'd hoped actually. Dense coloring with lightly bricking garnet edges. Aromas of dark fruits, earth, licorice, dark chocolate, damp leaves, dried spice drawer, and a touch of eucalyptus. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of dark fruits, dark chocolate, licorice, and clove. Good with a burger tonight.
