Tuesday, November 24, 2015 - Golden color. Petrol and apple on the nose. On the palate, there is red apple, petrol, and mineral notes. There is ample acidity in this light bodied wine. Overall, this paired beautifully with cheese foundue and French bread. The wine counteracted the slight bitterness and complimented the cheese.
