Wednesday, May 29, 2013 - White/Green hues with plenty of citrusy aromas and flavors oozing out of the glass and on the palate. After about 30 minutes, gets a bit fatter and rounder, but keeps the lean, bright, citrusy notes throughout. Great with fresh asparagus and lemon butter.
