Friday, July 2, 2010 - '09 bottling, so about 7 months aged in the cellar. Heavy! Layers and layers of chocolate, molasses, and espresso. Lovely carbonation, foaming up to a chocolate-milkshake...esque head. Very very good. If I can keep my paws off of my last bottle, I'll have to try this again at xmas 2011.
