Wednesday, June 1, 2011 - Light yellow. Beginning rubber nose, apples, some gun powder. Very mature nose, no oxidization however. I could notice that it had seen wood in the past (barrel fermented) and the taste profile reminded me of a mature white Bordeaux. Medium body. Very precise and focused in the mouth. Medium long finish. Interesting wine.
