Monday, January 6, 2014 - This is a wonderful Chablis. Deep, penetrating flavors of green fruit with tropical fruit undertones, sea weed and oyster shell, bright citrusy lemon zest and a firm, minerally core. The finish is on the longish side and there's also, perhaps, the slightest hint of petrol, that reminds me of Alsatian Riesling and adds some interesting character to this wine. Quite nice.
