Thursday, July 8, 2021 - PNP into Lucaris Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Deep golden to the eyes.

Meaty and mature apricot notes, yellow fruits. Challky notes. Complex nose and fully mature in my view. Botrytis notes seem restrained in this particular bottle in a good way.

Very complex and superbly mineral. Amazingly enjoyable and no need to wait.

94-95 points.
