Saturday, August 1, 2015 - Rare Wine Dinners: Bordeaux 1926-1975 (Bentley Restaurant, private dining room): Decanted 1 hour. The nose has lychee, mineral, stone and slate. The palate very fine. Refined. Slightly sweet, with honey notes. On the finish, there's a touch of mustiness or wet cardboard. It seems to blow off after a few minutes.
