Thursday, December 4, 2008 - Black Sheep Bistro (Black Sheep Bistro, Tustin, CA): Complex nose of herbs, cigar and leather above mellow fruits. Initially a bit tight the palate really picks up silkiness later. A CdP that really delivers on complexity and lovely fruit. I kept this around and kept revisiting. An easy WOTN for me.
