85 Points

Friday, July 17, 2015 - Appearance: Bright and clear, it has medium ruby color, with fading rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium (-) intensity aromas of black fruit such as plum and blackberry, some red fruit of ripe cherries, oak notes of cedar, sweet spice of clove, hints of maturity notes of game. The wine is developing.
Palate: Dry with medium acidity, the wine has medium tannin which is a bit bitter and powdery, with medium (+) alcohol and medium body. It has medium flavors of black fruit such as blackberry and plum, oak notes of cedar, sweet spice of clove, kernel notes of coffee. The wine has a medium finish.
Conclusion: Acceptable quality St-Emilion showing a rather unimpressive nose, a bit weak on intensity and fairly simple, the wine has a nicer palate comparatively, with more concentration, more balanced flavors but still a bit on the simple side, plus having a reasonable length on the finish. It is ready to drink now and not supposed for further ageing, but can maintain for another 2-3 years.
