Sunday, May 24, 2009 - What a difference two years makes. I let this wine decant for approximately 4 hours and it was excellent. Flavors tightly integrated and the classic smooth Bordeaux mouthfeel. Not much sediment in the bottle and this wine can last many years in the cellar like a fine Bordeaux should. I was very pleased with its progress in only a year since my last one. My guests also loved it.
