Friday, March 4, 2011 - 91-92. Nose has huge licorice, lavender, sweet cherry, lilac notes. RP seems to be bang on with this wine. Pallet is supple, silky, red sweet cherry, with lavender notes and red fruit. Finish lingers for 20+ seconds. I will pick up a couple bottles and hold for a few years. Lovely wine. Tried this against concha y toro maycas del limari reserva syrah 2009 for fun and the Sinards blew it away.
