Tuesday, September 27, 2011 - PnP and consumed over two days. Bright dark cherry color. Very subtle on nose, quite shy, fresh meat, blood that dissappear with time, red fruit, smokey aromas. On palate it's thin, not much body, cooked meat, smoke, fruity, some dryeness but overall quite fresh, medium acidity. Palate shows much better than nose. The finish is remarkably long, with an exhuberant sensation of red fresh fruit. Probably the best aspect of the wine.
