Saturday, May 9, 2020 - Pop and pour, this needed about 15 minutes air time in the glass for the fruit to come out and for it to resolve. After that, there is a wonderful garrigue and herbal nose. Soft red fruit. My wife couldn't identify this wine and thought it might be a bigger pinot noir. I would not have pegged it for a CDP blind either, which is interesting because my note from 2016 says "standard middle of the road CDP", which this clearly is not today. 92-93
