Monday, December 25, 2023 - Wines at Paul's Xmas lunch: My contribution. Possibly '90s label? These old NVs can be a roulette but if the cork doesn't fail, they are pretty indestructible, Rich, toasty but the sweetness and opulence in its youth had mellowed to give a pretty linear wine. Not the most complex but so fresh and pleasurable.
