Perfectly mature nose displaying ripe yellow fruit, baked apple, apple, brioche, oxidized apple peel, marzipan, sweet spices and mineral. Excellent concentration, nicely layered ripe yellow fruit, fine abundant mousse, good balance and precision, bright acidity and limestone mineral, and a medium to long ripe yellow fruit driven finish withs sweet spices at the end. This is an oxidative style of Champagne that is drinking nicely.
