Saturday, February 26, 2011 - Cabernet Sauvignon (Farpointe Cellar): Lots of black tea and blackberry on the nose, with toasted oak in the middle, and some herbs at the end. Rich and slightly jammy on the palate, with plenty of dark fruit and charred oak to carry it. The tea and earth flavors round out the finish.
