Monday, January 3, 2022 - Deep dark center, red rim with signs of age.
Sweet, ripe, pipe tobacco, dried leaves, cherry liquor, touch of mint.
Smooth, extra ripe plums and blackberries, well integrated oak, some eucalyptus and mint, pink peppercorns, modest tannin and acidity, great finish.
Excellent Elivette, mature, good to drink now.
