Thursday, December 3, 2009 - Wine-Ark Cellar Club Tasting 11 - December 2009. Christmas drinks (Roof Terrace Australian Museum): Nose: pine, eucalyptus, red fruit, smells (if this is possible) very smooth indeed. I also get some cedar
Mouth: red fruit and eucalyptus dominating the tight, dry tannins. Not as much finish as I'd like but otherwise very nice indeed.
